Let me count the products I have bought over the years...let me count the ways that this "ministry" will grow your church, improve your serve, blah blah blah. Give me the T-Shirt! At least it is honest!

Do you guys here that?

I think its the sound of lower book sales for "The Prayer of Jabez".

Who knew honesty actually works in marketing situations. This could start a new trend. No longer are we going to see a sport utility vehicle climbing Mount Everest. Now we'll just see it sitting in a drive way while the gas prices continue to shoot through the roof. Have a great weekend.

At least he got a shirt-- it's more than the poor in Haiti or Africa might get...

I did the 40 Days of Purpose, but it took me two months. Kind of like High School, the best 6 years of my life.

Heck that ani't nothing. My best friend was working a 100 piece puzzel one time and it took him 2-4 years to finish. I asked him why it took so long and he said that is what it said on the box. I looked at and it was showing what the ages where.

I have been praying this prayer all week, but I am going to quit. Because I have been on the "PAIN" end instead of the expanding my boundries... I have been put down, pushed round, cussed out, bawled out, laughed at and everything this week. It has been rough.

Looks like you are in good company, according to Jesus:

John 15:19-21 (Jesus talking)
19If you belonged to the world, it would love you as its own. As it is, you do not belong to the world, but I have chosen you out of the world. That is why the world hates you. 20Remember the words I spoke to you: 'No servant is greater than his master.' If they persecuted me, they will persecute you also. If they obeyed my teaching, they will obey yours also. 21They will treat you this way because of my name, for they do not know the One who sent me.

Hi all-

Good news. I started a new church last Sunday. It’s called “Good news for those who are able to handle it.” It’s “GNFTWAATHI” for short. (I was going to call it “Good news for those who are able to handle it and actually live it”, but I thought that was a little too long.) We had over 5 show up for the first service. I opened the service with a solo song that I wrote when I was in highschool (only 1 person walked out). I knew some people from the local bar who came to play in the band. It was really rockin! At the end, we had over 2 people raise their fingers to receive Christ (I don’t ask them to raise their hand, because it may be too embarrassing for them… that may be an over-count, because some may have been just scratching their ear). Not bad for the first day. If you want to come visit, we have a 50% off sale for new members— only 50% of the tithe is needed to be paid for those who sign up for membership in the next 30 days. If you sign-up a friend, we’ll also give you the first month free! Know of any church that can beat that deal?

Have a Happy April 1st !

By the way, not an April’s fool, is a reminder to set your clock forward one hour. It’s true, here’s proof from the web:

Thirty days...what a trooper...that's hanging in there!

I know this is supposed to be lightweight and humorous but could I ask you all to pray. We are loosing territory over here in Hawaii. The rain just won’t quit and we are sustaining a lot of damage and people have lost their lives as their homes have been carried away.

Knew we could count on you to pray.

Thanks

Linda, consider it done girl... You all have been praying for you all since I heard about this on the news.

Bernie:

"We had over 5 show up for the first service."

Sounds like it's time to go "multi-site."
